Page Ranking for Homes For Sale Jackson Hole – Case Study 3

by Bill Priore on June 23, 2010

Hey everyone, over the last 2 weeks I started 2 brand new Google Page Ranking Studies.  The newest one is homes for sale in Jackson Hole Wyoming. I chose this one because I wanted to prove to everyone that these techniques work in any niche market so I started thinking..hmm real estate.  That is a competitive market regardless of the geographic location. Choosing which battleground to fight Google was easy.  I just thought of places that really inspired me in my early career and Jackson Hole popped into my head. Besides if you have ever been there you know what I mean.  If you haven’t well take a look at image and you will quickly understand.Grand Teton Mountains In Jackson Hole Wyoming Anyway, I digress.  So I did the research     and   found that the average home value for houses for sale in Jackson Hole, depending upon where you look ranges from $1.27 to $1.98 million. The competition paying Google for paid ads was decent.  So I took the shot and purchased my URL from Godaddy.com did some internal server transfers, loaded up WordPress, copied the Thesis theme in and bingo. Up and running. Then I went to work doing my thing.  I did make a crucial mistake. I really didn’t want to let on to the competition what I was up to so I only put up the minimal SEO optimized text.  What I failed to realize is that Google wants better content so I have to make some additions to the site.  Even with this mistake, I was making my advance on the target.  Click Here to See The Search Results for Homes for sale Jackson Hole BEFORE I did anything.
