I found this site http://www.highsearchengineranking.org and I bought the product from them and it teaches you how to get #1 ranking on the first page of msn for any keywords you choose, but does anyone know how long my sites will stay at #1? so far it has been 8 weeks and I have 20 sites ranking between 1 and 3 on the first page for different key words
There are no easy way to get your site a high ranking.

3) Optimize your page content. Target each Web page to a different and highly focused keyword phrase. In other words, your main page should be optimized for one keyword phrase. Are the keywords used relative to the site’s overall content? Do you use too many keywords, or too few?

It totally depends on search engine’s strategy.. A good ranked site can drop suddenly and a low rank site can come in first pages.. All you can do about this is keep urself updated with the SEO techiniques and keep optimizing your site.. and ofcourse advertising it
